Thinking of relocating to Northern Virginia? Perhaps consider Purcellville, VA, located in Western Loudoun County, right off major Rt.7.

I am sharing some reasons why you should consider moving to Purcellville, VA :

  • Small-Town Charm: Purcellville is a small town in Loudoun County, Virginia, with a population of approximately 10,000. The town has a charming, historic downtown area with unique shops, restaurants, and cafes, making it a great place to call home. Close enough to shops and bigger cities but small enough to get that home-town-feeling.

  • Minutes to Leesburg, VA : which offers major retail, from Costco, Target, Wal-Mart, Leesburg Outlet Mall to Wegmans and dog parks, etc.
